I am renting my lovely house due that I am moving. You enter the property and get a welcoming feeling from the entrance hall, to the left you will find the dining and living room, in front you will see the kitchen and the balcony with garden’s views. On the right side, you will find a door to a guess toilet, to the laundry in the basement, and the stairs to the second floor. Once on the second floor, you will find a hall, two bedrooms, one bathroom including bathtub and a door to the attic where you will find the third bedroom. A garage can be accessed from outside the house, an electrical car charger is closed to the garage. There are 3 apple trees, raspberry and blueberry bushes. A very nice garden that needs to be experienced. The house has an apartment in the basement with separate entrance that will remain rented. The tenants are a very nice couple. The rent: 15 000 SEK per month plus 1 month as a deposit as soon as the contract has been signed. 4900 SEK per month as a year average that covers expenses for heating, electricity, community garbage picking and water. Totally 19900 SEK per month
