We are heading overseas for 3 months, our lovely home a 1 bedroom, 1 office fully furnished modern apartment in heart of kålgården is available for a short term rental (December 2025 to March 2026). The apartment is fresh and is modern with a washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom. The lounge is cozy with a TV and the bedroom has a king sized bed. There is an office which has desk, chair, screen, and wardrobe. The kitchen is modern with dishwasher, conduction stove, microwave and has dishes, cooking utensils. Parking is included in the basement. There is a cycle room for your bicycle. The inner garden has a party location for hire, outdoor gym and playground for kids. There is a separate overnight apartment available for rent for friends or family who visit (sleeps 6). TV, Internet, water and electricity are included in the rental price.
