The apartment is 40 m² and located very close to Jönköping University, the lake, ICA, Hemköp, and several other grocery stores and amenities. It has a private entrance and is situated on the 2nd floor. Parking is available for an additional fee. The building is managed by HSB, so any maintenance issues are handled quickly and professionally. The apartment consists of two rooms: a large kitchen and a combined bedroom/living room. Furniture and Equipment (included in the rent): Single bed Desk Dining table with four chairs TV bench Small dishwasher Basic kitchen equipment All furniture is included in the rent, but you are free to replace or remove anything you do not want. Rent and Utilities: Rent: 4,700 SEK per month, including water Electricity: paid separately (approximately 400–800 SEK per month, depending on season and usage) Internet: paid separately (if you have a yearly subscription, expect 200–400 SEK per month) I am subletting the apartment because I will be away for my studies for the next three years.
