Hi I'm a student at Jönköping University and will be going on exchange in the fall, so I'm renting out my room at Ulfsparregatan 45. 📅 Available from August (if needed you can start renting in June) to December this year 📍Located near cigarren and östra torget, just across the street from student accommodation, convenient transportation. ICA, Coop are nearby. About a 15-minute walk to the university, and 10 minutes to the city center and central station. 🏠Three bedrooms and one living room. My bedroom is 20 square meters with a balcony. The overall community environment is very beautiful and quiet. Sharing the kitchen and bathroom with two other roommates. Includes all furniture and tableware, washer and dryer. 💰5000kr/month including utilities (water, electricity, internet).
